Dan Lewis
Dan joined the FLPS Team in 2014, beginning his tenure with the team as a partner, and eventually working his way to sole ownership of the company. Dan has decades of experience as an Electrician, earning his Journeyman Electrician accreditation several years ago. Dan is proficient in the installation of generators, clean energy, and electrical product lines with significant experience encompassing installations, diagnostics, and repairs. Dan is a native of Geneva, NY, and now resides with his wife and 2 children in Penn Yan, NY.
Kim Giardina
Kim, FLPS’ Operations Manager, joined the FLPS Team in 2020. She has decades of operations management experience in various industries and realizes the importance of excellent communications and customer experience, striving for consistently high-quality workmanship and efficiency. She has lived in the Rochester, NY area her entire life, settling into the Finger Lakes region in 2005. She is a dedicated dog lover, gardening and landscaping enthusiast and lives in Penn Yan, NY with her partner of nearly 20 years, Spencer, with whom she shares 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren.
Jeannine Meyer
Jeannine, FLPS’ Project Manager, joined the FLPS Team in 2022. Jeannine’s background includes manufacturing, 911 Dispatch, and until she joined the team ran a successful custom home construction business with her husband, Nate. A native of Pennsylvania that visited the Finger Lakes region often, she now calls it home. Jeannine loves to socialize with friends and family and embraces the wonderful restaurants, wineries, breweries in the area, often accompanied by her husband and four adult daughters. Jeannine resides in Penn Yan, NY.
Tara Barnhart
Tara, FLPS’ Service Manager, has a very strong background in customer service and joined the FLPS Team in 2022 as a scheduling coordinator. Tara aids new customers with inquiries about our services, schedules consultations, and proficiently manages the ever-changing scheduling and logistics of routine maintenance and repairs. Tara is the classic ‘football mom’ of five sons, has two dogs, raises her own chickens and turkeys, and resides with her husband, Dylan, and family in Livonia, NY.
Brad Gage
Brad is a trained Technician certified by Generac, Briggs & Stratton, and several solar equipment manufacturers, and is currently pursuing his Journeyman Electrician accreditation. Brad has been a member of the FLPS Team since 2018, and lives in Geneva, NY.
Chi Easling
Chi is a trained Technician certified by several major solar equipment manufacturers and an experienced, knowledgeable Electrician. Chi has been a member of the FLPS Team since 2018, and lives in Dundee, NY.
Jeff Schiek
Jeff is a trained Technician certified by several major solar equipment manufacturers and handles the Engineering Design on many of our solar installation projects. Jeff has been a member of the FLPS Team since 2020, and lives in Dundee, NY.
Jon Morgan
Jon, whose talents include generator, solar, and HVAC installations, joined FLPS as an installer in 2020, and has since branched into equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Jon resides with his family in Campbell, NY.
Collin Wiggins
Collin is a Generac-certified Installation Technician that is currently training as a Solar Technician to expand his capabilities and has a great knack for technology. Collin has been a member of the FLPS Team since 2021, and lives in Dresden, NY.
Kyle Richards
Kyle joining the FLPS Team in 2023, having recently begun training in the electrical trades. He is another versatile team member who can handle generator, solar, and electrical installations and exhibits talent in the service and maintenance arena. Kyle resides in Clifton Springs, NY.
